Partners Get Official Red Cross Heart “Attack” for Valentine’s Day.

American Red Cross; Southern Missouri Region 2/14/12

Partners of the American Red Cross; Southern Missouri Region, across the city of Springfield, MO, received an official Red Cross Heart Attack last night. Members of the local Red Cross say “We thank you on a regular basis with our words, today we wanted to show with our actions the appreciation that we feel for what our community partners mean to us.” We chose to “Attack” the front doors of over 30 local partners to add visual weight to our words of thanks.

You have opened your heart to your community, and because of your dedication, you are the recipient of an official Red Cross “Heart” attack.

Together we are strong, making a difference in the lives of many.

Thank you for being our partner in action.

Happy Valentine’s Day 2012

Though we could not “attack” the entire list of partners in just a few hours, we want to express our heartfelt thanks to the Community. Without YOU, there would be no Red Cross.

About the American Red Cross:

The American Red Cross shelters, feeds and provides emotional support to victims of disasters; supplies nearly half of the nation's blood; teaches lifesaving skills; provides international humanitarian aid; and supports military members and their families. The Red Cross is a charitable organization — not a government agency — and depends on volunteers and the generosity of the American public to perform its mission.
